Each arrangement is created just before dispatch and delivered personally by our courier — with attention to detail and the spirit of the occasion.

Delivery

1) Delivery within Kyiv:

— Free delivery on orders of 5,000 UAH or more

— For orders under 5,000 UAH, delivery costs are calculated on a case-by-case basis.ㅤ

2) Delivery within the Kyiv region

— Delivery costs and times are agreed on a case-by-case basis after the order has been placed.ㅤ

Once your order has been placed, one of our managers will contact you to confirm the details.

If the recipient's address is unknown

If you are arranging a surprise and do not know the recipient’s exact address, please provide their phone number when placing your order.

Our courier will contact the recipient directly to arrange a convenient delivery time and location.

You can collect your order in person from our studio:

  • Opening hours: Mon–Sun 8:00–21:00
